How many metres of fabric are needed for a shirt?
Our size chart suggests 1.60 metres for sizes S to XL and 1.80 metres for XXL. This includes a wastage buffer. Allow 10 to 15 percent extra for checks, plaids and directional prints.
Is shirt fabric sold stitched?
No. Shirt fabrics on Mensfabric are unstitched, so you can have the shirt made by your own tailor to your measurements.
Should I wash cotton or linen shirt fabric before stitching?
Yes, we recommend pre-washing 100 percent cotton and linen fabric unless it is pre-shrunk, and allowing an extra 3 to 5 percent of fabric for shrinkage.
Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?
Yes, shipping is free on all products across India. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivery typically takes 4-7 working days.
What is the return and refund policy?
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, for fabric that is unused and unaltered with its original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued for genuine quality issues, incorrect items and packages lost in transit, and are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
