Refund and Returns Policy

Inventory & Availability

We (collectively "Vasanji Gopaldas, we, our, us") aim to keep in stock every item displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable after your purchase for any reason, we will promptly inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you have the option of either substituting your product with an equivalently or higher-priced item, or cancelling the order to initiate a full refund.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Return the product within 2-3 days. We will deliver the replacement within 5-7 days.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded subject to the following conditions:

  • A request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched (whichever is earlier).
  • A refund request for cancellation must be made by emailing us at sales@mensfabric.com.

Colour Display & Accuracy

We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, the colour of the physical products may differ slightly from the ones displayed on the website. This variation could be due to your monitor's settings, visual display colour profile, image resolution, or the lighting used while photographing the products.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we have received the returned shipment and duly verified its condition. Exceptions will be made if the package has been lost in transit, provided the customer submits the courier slip with the AWB number. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Genuine quality issues (applicable only for unused, unaltered goods with original tags attached).
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • Delivery of an incorrect item, upon which a return request can be initiated and a refund processed.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Minor design and colour variations.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Incorrect delivery address or PIN code provided.
  • Incorrect address format, including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Liability & Policy Amendments

We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed upon with their acquiring bank.

The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
